  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Access to the web sites (www.nonahairandbeauty.com) (www.nonawigs.com) (www.nonailash.com) and the purchase of products (“Products”) and services available through these websites are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms of Services”). You are agreeing to all of the terms, conditions and notices (“Terms”), without revision by the use of the services. You acknowledge that members of the Nona Hair and Fashions Global Concepts Limited may update the Terms of Service when necessary.
  • SHOPPING
    By placing an order (“Order”) for product (“Product”) online via www.nonahairandbeauty.com, www.nonawigs.com, www.nonailash.com you are agreeing to pay the amount stated, subject to these terms. To select the products you would like to purchase, simply add them to your shopping basket and click the option to “View Cart”. Once the required contact information, delivery address and payment details are entered correctly, click the option “Checkout” to finalize the transaction. An automated confirmation email will be sent out once payment has been accepted and confirmed and that your order is being processed.
  • BOOKING
    A full deposit per service booked must be paid at the time of booking to secure a slot. If the deposit fails for whatever reason, we hold the right to cancel your booking if we struggle to reach you or if funds fail within 24 hours.Deposits are only refundable when the booked service is not followed through with.
  • PICK UP/ DELIVERY
    Nigeria We offer 1. ₦500 per trip Gbagada, Unilag, Abule Oja,Akoka, Ifako gbagada, New Garage , Sawmill, Bariga, Pako, Chemist, Folagoro, University road, 2. ₦1000 per trip Jibowu, Yaba Market, Alagomeji, Ebute Metta, Makoko,Adekunle,Ojuelegba, Bode Thomas, Adeniran Ogunsanya, Akerele, Alaka, Iponri, Alausa, Maryland, 7up, Allen Avenue, Obafemi Awolowo Way. 3. ₦2000 per trip Other Locations In Lagos We Use A Third Party Logistics Company So Deliveries Can Sometimes Be Delayed 4. ₦5000 per trip Locations outside Lagos We use GIG logistics as a standard. On the occasion that you miss your delivery, the parcel will be delivered to any GIG Logistics pickup centers in any destination you choose. United Kingdom We do neither offer pick up services nor allow customers to pick/drop off their hair. When Posting your hair kindly add a return address in note. Delivery is Guaranteed next-day by 9am and 1pm including Saturdays. Signature is required on delivery. Small parcels (max 2kg) are charged £4.85 while medium parcels (max 20kg) are charged £7.00. Royal Mail offers online delivery confirmation. We can not be held responsible for your package once it has been dispatched however we will endeavour to assist you in tracking your item. Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection. International Orders International deliveries are fulfilled either by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or DHL.
  • DELAY
    We politely request that you be conscious of your contact device on the day of your pick up/ delivery, we understand that working hours and unforeseen circumstances beyond your control may delay your response to messages or calls in real time so please give a courtesy call or send a message to provide an alternative option. If you're more than 10 minutes late to collect or hand over your hair, we may need to rearrange it for an alternative day/time and you cover the charges for each trip.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    Cancellations after pick up or after hair has been delivered to our workshop for service(s) booked will result in partial refund, where pick up and return cost is deducted. Cancellation after processing for the service(s) booked has begun will result in no refund. We hold the right to cancel any pre-booked appointments, up to 24 hours notice will be given. These instances are exceptional and would be related to the following reasons: Staff illness Staff absence Unforeseen emergencies Should in the very unlikely event this should happen, we will endeavour to adjourn your appointment at the earliest possible time. If in this instance you will no longer require your service we will issue you back a full refund onto the card you paid with. We will not under any circumstance issue any refunds in the form of cash.   • REFUNDS
    We want you to be thrilled with the service you have received from Nona. If you're not satisfied with anything, we are here to help. Although we do not offer refunds on our services, we will gladly rectify any service within one week of your original delivery, providing it is not a fault that you may have caused.This service is free and will need to be organised via email. Please note services CANNOT be refunded. Hair pieces, Lace systems and nona accessories can only be refunded or exchanged subject to the terms and conditions below: IF unused and in its original packaging, without the lace being cut (for lace systems). We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut off due to sanitation requirements. Return shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange or refund can be processed. In the specific case of colour or style customised lace systems and hair pieces they will not be accepted for returns or exchanged once the order has been placed Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if presented and returned within 5 days post delivery.
